Sotemapack offers a large production range, from the multi-pack of food products (cans, tins, jars, bottles and boxes) to wood industry packaging, from E.P.S. packs to sophisticated solutions for very different industrial products.
Today, the product range includes tray plus carton wrap around machines and shrink wrapping solutions.
Sotemapack is part of the Aetna Group covering the medium-low speed demand for carton and film solutions.
Packing machines include:
- Vertical and horizontal cartoning machine for pre-glued or wrap around carton
- Automatic case packer to wrap products starting from a flat blank
- Wrapping machine with speed up to 25 strokes/minute running in intermittent motion available in different versions.
- Automatic case packer to wrap products starting from a flat blank for soft products
- Automatic shrink wrapping machine for soft pillow bags or flowrapped packs
- Automatic machines, with 90° infeed, to shrink- wrap piece by piece or after collation
- Machine for total closure on 6 sides of products: boxes, panels, cabinets, parquet, profiles, frames, etc by transversal and longitudinal sealing.
- Stretchpack machines to apply a tensioned coverfilm with 4 sides closure around loads
- Horizontal and vertical case packers
- Packing machines for any kind of product into weldable film.
Palletizing and depalletizing machines include:
- ROTOR – The interlayer distributor cuts intermediate sheets from the reel on demand.
- GANTRY – Gantry style cartesian palletiser
- ROBOT – Robotic palletiser
Stretch wrapping and banding machines include:
- SPIROR BW – Full-automatic orbital stretch wrapping machine to wrap smaller sized loads on 4 sides
- STRETCHPACK – Stretchpack machines to apply a tensioned coverfilm with 4 sides closure around loads
