The filling of food products is very demanding in terms of processing quality. The equipment we supply meets these requirements in all respects without any problems. When manufacturing and designing our machines, we also take care of easy and quick maintenance and cleaning – this is often a problem for other manufacturers.

Filling lines for food products can be equipped with equipment for rinsing the packaging before filling. This rinsing is done using sterile air, water injection or a combination of water and cleaning solution.

The filling machines are manufactured in the Ultraclean version, where, in addition to the aforementioned cleanability, special attention is paid to the quality of the weld design. Automatic cleaning of the product paths by CIP is also possible. The materials in contact with the product are made of AISI 316 stainless steel. You can therefore operate the machines in compliance with GMP without any concerns.

Our capping machines can work with all types of caps commonly used in the food industry. These include twist off closures, alcork closures, screw on or push on plastic closures. The closers can be easily supplemented with other accessories such as injection of steam or inert gases under the closure, melting of protective film on the neck of the packaging, induction application of aluminium foil and so on.

For packaging labelling we offer a range of machines suitable for the application of self-adhesive, paper or heat shrinkable labels. Special labelling equipment also allows the application of safety “L” or “U” labels, including stamps. The labelling equipment can be combined with other Ink Jet equipment or equipped with a thermal transfer printer to print the production or expiry date directly on the label or packaging.

Another option are devices for secondary packaging. Food filling lines can be equipped with tunnels for shrink wrapping, including possible insertion of packaging onto carton trays and carton packaging equipment.
